Emeril's Fresh and Fierce Margaritas Great with Shrimp

I love shrimp and Emeril has some truly great recipes. I like these prepared with Wild Caught American Shrimp from the Gulf... They have so much flavor and are sweeter than the farm raised ones. So much of our imported shrimp is coming from the Far East. Having read of the internal problems China is having with fish farmers using dangerous chemicals, or safe chemicals in dangerous amounts, and the extreme water pollution that exists in the area, my family has decided that we will try to avoid food products from the area.
The Wild Caught America Shrimp have such a sweeter, better flavor to us that we prefer them anyway.
Emeril's Amazing Barbequed Shrimp You cook this in the oven and it is truly amazing....Best if made with Wild Caught American shrimp from the Gulf.....farm raised just dont have the same sweetness and flavor..they are good, but different from the wild caught ones...
